For this activity, I watched Lynda.com lecture "Illustrator for Web Design" and reviewed 3 points I learned in the lecture. It was very useful lecture for web design.

I chose Illustrator for Web Design because I want to learn how I can develop wireframe for web design ideas by using Illustrator. Using Illustrator is effective to create detailed various things for wireframe. The first thing that I learned is to choose a color scheme for my wireframe. When choosing color scheme for the website, monochromatic color like shades of gray is good to keep it very short and very simple. The second thing that I learned is to create a layer structure using Layers panel. It is a great way to add different layers with UI layer, Labels layer, Gestures layer, and Notes layer. The third thing that I learned is to create a library of ready-to-use UI elements, including flexible buttons and placeholders for media and forms. I would like to apply all of these 3 things to my event commerce site in this week. For color scheme, I will consider using monochromatic color for background. Also, I will try to use Illustrator for wireframe for e-commerce site in this week. This lecture was very helpful to me to create professional web site.
